Oranage Ball Of Light (OBOL) caught on videotape, April 16, 2008 –– just before Kokomo Boom Incident
VIDEO CAPTURED THE NIGHT OF APRIL 16, 2008:
Debbie had a strong urge to go to Kokomo's Jackson-Morrow park the night of April 16th. She had seen Orange Balls of Light (OBOL's) several times in this vicinity for several weeks, and decided to take her camcorder on this night.
Although brief, this video is significant in that it shows at least one of several OBOL's that were maneuvering in various directions and hovering stationary no more than an hour before military jets arrived and the loud "BOOM" was heard, a FIREBALL was seen by multiple witnesses, including trained emergency responders, a very short distance south of where this video was taken.
REFERENCE NOTES: the camcorder was pointed to the North, in the general direction of municipal Kokomo. Numerous residents saw these OBOLS in the sky prior to conventional and military aircraft entering the area.
No background sound from the OBOL's is present in the audio track on this tape.
We have also learned from former Air Force personnel that checked public domain military fly-zone records and learned that the flyzones in this sector of Indiana are RESTRICTED FROM USING FLARES AND FROM FLYING AT SUPERSONIC SPEEDS.
